Sacheen Lake Home Sells Over List Price in One Week — Newport WA Real Estate

Sometimes a listing just moves the way it should. Three showings, two offers, under contract over list price in one week — the Sacheen Lake home in Newport, Washington found its buyers fast, and I could not be happier for them. Happy 4th of July to everyone out there today, especially those of you already on the water.
What Happened
441 Sacheen Terrace Drive hit the market in late June and the response was immediate. The property had everything a serious lake buyer is looking for — 53 feet of private waterfront, a white sand beach, solar boat lift, fire pit, dock, and a fully furnished home ready to use from day one. We priced it right, presented it well, and let the property do the work.
It did.
Two offers came in quickly and the sellers accepted one over list price. The buyers are closing in time to be in their new home by early August — which means they are about to have the best summer of their lives.
What This Tells Us About the Market
Lake and recreational properties in the Spokane and North Idaho region are not sitting. When something is priced correctly and genuinely delivers on what it promises, buyers move fast. This result is a reminder that preparation and presentation matter — and that waiting to list a property like this costs sellers real money.
