That is pretty much how Trevor and Hailey Austin have built their entire business -- through the people they love, and the friends, family, and coworkers those people trust enough to pass their name along. It is not a strategy. It is just how they show up, and it has a way of coming back around. Trevor and Hailey are a husband and wife real estate team licensed in Washington and Idaho, serving Spokane and Northern Idaho. Trevor moved to Spokane in 2013, fresh from Washington State University, and Hailey followed in 2014 after graduate school. They built a life here, put down roots, and somewhere along the way built one of the most trusted real estate teams in the region. Trevor & Hailey Homes was proud to be ranked in the top 5% of agents in Spokane in 2025 -- but what matters more to them than any ranking is not how many homes they have sold over the last decade. It is how many people they have helped, why those people keep coming back, and why they keep sending the people they love most right along with them. Trevor connects with people effortlessly, building the kind of rapport that turns clients into lifelong friends. Hailey brings her MBA background and a relentless focus on systems, communication, and client education -- making sure every person they work with feels informed and confident from the first conversation to closing day. The team specializes in acreage properties, equestrian estates, and move-up homes, and has helped dozens of people successfully relocate to the Spokane area and Northern Idaho. They bring the same level of care and attention to a first time buyer as they do to a seasoned investor, because they genuinely believe that every transaction is so much more than a transaction -- it is one of the most personal and meaningful chapters in a person's life. Trevor and Hailey met at Washington State University and put down roots in Millwood, where they are raising their two kids, Archie and Baker, alongside their two yellow labs, Daisy and Nash. Life is full, it is busy, and they would not have it any other way. Where purpose meets possibility in every property. It is not just a slogan -- it is the standard they hold themselves to for every single client they are privileged to serve.
Hailey's Bio
Hailey Austin did not always know she would end up in real estate -- but looking back, it makes complete sense. She earned her MBA from the University of Kentucky and spent years in the corporate world building skills she did not fully realize she was collecting until she needed them. When she stepped into Trevor & Hailey Homes in 2022, everything clicked. She brought her business background to a business that was already built on incredible relationships, and together they built something even stronger.

Hailey took everything Trevor had built through relationships and rapport and brought her business background to scale it -- creating the systems, communication standards, and client experience that define Trevor & Hailey Homes today. Her clients consistently describe her as someone who makes them feel educated rather than overwhelmed, and confident rather than anxious. That is intentional. She believes deeply that knowledge is the greatest gift she can give someone moving through the buying or selling process.

Her specialty is acreage and equestrian properties, and that expertise is personal. Hailey owns a Thoroughbred named Falco -- a giant, lovable horse who has her heart completely. Most mornings she is out at the barn before the rest of the world is awake, riding and competing in hunter jumping. When she walks an equestrian property, she knows exactly what to look for and exactly what questions to ask. Frost frees at every stall, arena footing, barn layout, water access -- nothing gets missed.

Hailey is licensed in Washington and Idaho, serving Spokane and Northern Idaho, and finds that guiding someone into a new community, a new chapter, and a home that genuinely fits their life is one of the most rewarding things she gets to do.
Trevor's Bio
Trevor Austin is the kind of person who makes you feel like an old friend about thirty seconds into meeting him. That is not something he learned. It is just who he is. And it is exactly how he built Trevor & Hailey Homes from the ground up starting in 2016 -- one genuine connection, one family, one closing table at a time.
Trevor's superpower has always been people. He walks into a room and immediately makes everyone in it feel seen and at ease. The clients he has worked with over the years have become some of his closest friendships, because for Trevor, real estate has never been about the transaction. It has always been about the people on the other side of it.
These days, Trevor is also pouring his energy into Pacific Calls, the custom hunting call company he founded twelve years ago that has grown into a thriving nationwide business headquartered in Post Falls, Idaho. It is a passion project that became something much bigger -- a testament to the same grit, creativity, and genuine love for what he does that has defined everything Trevor has built.
Real estate is still very much part of Trevor's world. He brings nearly a decade of market knowledge, a wealth of experience, and a readiness to jump in and assist with showings whenever his clients need him. Working with Trevor & Hailey Homes means having access to both of them -- and Trevor's insight and presence are a meaningful part of that.
