There's a reel on my Instagram right now that kind of says everything.
One clip is me at a professional content shoot, polished and put together. The next is real life: horses, kids, goofy moments, and the version of me that spends more time in boots than heels. The caption writes itself. The polished version is real. So is everything else.
What You're Actually Hiring
When people hire a real estate agent, they usually think about credentials, market knowledge, and track record. All of that matters, and I take it seriously. But there's something that doesn't show up on a bio page that I think matters just as much: who shows up when things get complicated.
I grew up chasing the next thing. I became a mom and didn't slow down, I just brought more people along. That wiring, optimistic, energetic, always a few steps ahead, is exactly what I bring to every transaction I work on. Whether I'm helping a family relocate from out of state, a horse person find acreage in Deer Park or Chattaroy, or a seller in Liberty Lake get top dollar, I show up the same way every time.
The Horse Property Side of Things
My equestrian background isn't a marketing angle. It's the reason I can walk onto a property in Elk or Rathdrum and immediately start asking the right questions. Arena footing, barn drainage, gate placement, trailer access, fence line condition across multiple acres: these are the details that matter to horse people, and most agents aren't looking for them.
If you are searching for horse property in Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, or anywhere in the Inland Northwest, having an agent who understands that lifestyle from the inside out changes the entire process. I'm not just evaluating square footage. I'm evaluating whether the property actually works for how you and your horses live.
What I Want You to Know
I'm not a persona. I'm a person who loves this work, loves this region, and takes it personally when a client gets the right outcome. I serve buyers and sellers across a wide footprint, from Cheney and Greenacres on the Washington side to Coeur d'Alene and Rathdrum in North Idaho, and I know these markets well because I actually live and work in them.
If you're thinking about making a move and you want someone real in your corner, I'd love to hear about what you're looking for. Fill out my client questionnaire at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScYnNuFt-_i_oyF3-TkjVqIyEmIKfwJL3HOlHe1lZNjNlHJBA/viewform?usp=header and let's get started.
